Colour Statements

A big trend at the moment is the emergence of the bright colour schemes in cabinetry. A colour can be used alone for maximum impact or mixed with another colour unit for an ultra slick look. Citrus colours such as lime & tangerine, aubergine’s & canary yellows as well as bold primary colours are all on trend at the moment and make that a distinct statement. Incorporating the colour black into cabinetry is also very trendy at the moment, particularly when used with white for the Mono-chrome style whether in black glass or high gloss finish.

Mixing Looks

Another hot trend is mixing timber looks with lacquered finishes. This works particularly well with walnut, a dark sumptuous wood combined with a colour palette. Mixing dark wood and white creates a cool, sophisticated look while mixing glossy black with wooden features looks ultra modern and edgy. Punches of stainless steel add the finishing touch for that modern, state of the art look.
